Brian Wells
Co-Founder
30 years’ experience running a successful building business, specializing in high quality renovations with an obvious passion for producing better living for his clients. Brian is supported by wife, Jodie and three young adults.
Alex Kempson
Co-Founder
20 years’ experience within the ICT industry in corporate sales, managing people and process. Passion for property and contributing to sustainable living. Alex is supported by wife, Kate and two teenage troublemakers.
Bob Andersen
Project Advisor
Bob has been involved in over $1.3 billion worth of property development projects that include commercial buildings, apartments, high-rise buildings, retirement complexes, land sub-divisions, townhouses, and student accommodation.
While Bob continues to develop projects around Australia, his real passion lies in passing his knowledge and systems that he has built and honed over three decades, at the coalface of property development onto the new generation of property developers.
Bob brings over 38 years’ experience to the team. His role is to oversee and advise on all projects.
Hilary Saxton

Hilary is an experienced mindset and performance coach with a specialty in property, and has a passion for understanding and harnessing untapped potential to improve productivity and performance to maximise results.
Hilary has launched six businesses, has a diploma in human resources and marketing, is a certified life and business coach, and brings years of experience as a business advisor.
