Australia’s population continues to grow, increasing pressure on coastal living. The Hillside Property Group addresses this challenge by identifying suitable locations where housing density is rising and thereby supporting the community by providing new property for the enjoyment of future generations.
Brian Wells and Alex Kempson are the founding directors of Hillside Property Group.
Having invested in property previously, property development was the obvious step to fill the market demand and create homes for new families and downsizing retirees. Focusing on highly desirable and liveable suburbs that are a drawcard for current and future generations.
Brian is the owner of Built to Last, a specialist in high-end residential renovations and extensions. Operating for over 20 years in Sydney’s north and north-west, Brian meets with enthusiastic clients and turns their visions into reality. Brian manages the end-to-end building process, working alongside architects, town planners, trades, and council to ensure a smooth process and a successful outcome, on-time, and on-budget.
Alex draws on 20 years’ experience working in the ICT industry where it is essential to operate with integrity and trust. As an enterprise account manager working alongside organisations, Alex is responsible for managing a team of professionals, and a methodical process to deliver against customer expectations.
Having been friends for several years and both sharing an interest in property, recognised their combined skills would form the basis of success, but with only one missing ingredient – Bob Andersen. Bob is one of only a few Australian property developers who has been involved in over $1.3 billion in successful development projects over the last 30 years, and for the last 10 years Bob has been educating and mentoring developers. Bob is part of the team of Hillside Property Group.
